Stephanie provides marketing support for the firm by assisting with data entry and picture administration for new listings. Additionally, she serves in a client support role, with a primary duty of post-contract document facilitation, to foster on-time closings. She performs as a client liaison between selected closing attorneys' offices, and various professional service providers from contract to closing.
Stephanie's Story
A Wayne County native, Stephanie is currently finishing her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mount Olive. As recent clients of Troy Grimes Realty, Stephanie's family experienced the challenges and opportunities of selling an existing home, and buying a new one, during the course of the 2020 pandemic. During the process of these recent real estate transactions, she garnered firsthand knowledge to the many moving parts of a re-sale transaction, along with the purchase of a new construction home.
Stephanie's resume includes a keen interest in photography, that she utilizes as a creative outlet. Her recent subject matter includes professional and lifestyle portraits; weddings; and of course, real estate. She's involved in several community service initiatives and nonprofit organizations, including The June JAMR, where she serves on the Board of Directors. She also volunteers as a children's advocate for the North Carolina Guardian ad Litem program.
In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors and watching football with her husband, three children, and their two beloved family dogs. Residing in Princeton, she's a champion of both the Wayne and Johnston County areas; and relishes in the opportunity to provide client care and support for home buyers and seller clients of the firm.
